  • 1/2 loaf of bread from the previous day
  • 2 avocados
  • 200g goat cheese
  • 50g raisins

  1. We toast the bread.

First, we cut the bread into slices and put it in the oven, previously heated to 220ºC. We leave them there for about 5 minutes, until they are browned on both sides. After that time we take them out and let them cool.

  1. We ride the toast

Once this is done, we peel and cut the avocados. Then, we spread the avocado over the surface of the toast. On this, we also spread the cheese, without protruding from the toast.

  1. We decorate the toasts and serve them

When they are well spread, we put some raisins spread over. Finally, we serve them on a plate, alone or accompanied with ham croquettes or any other appetizer.

These avocado and cheese toasts are so easy to make, that even the nobel cook can cook them. It is only necessary to have the raw material and they will be ready in a few minutes.
