Here I am going to teach you how to make a chicken sandwich that the best culinary teacher taught me that all or almost all of us may have to be, in my case, my mother. It is very very easy to do but, which gives a very tasty result. Later I will teach you to also make the bread so that it is 100% homemade but, I can assure you that with any bread, this sandwich will be impressive


  • A chicken breast
  • four slices of bread
  • Lettuce
  • Two slices of cheese
  • Ali Oli sauce or  mayonnaise
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper


1.- The first thing is to toast the bread. We put a nonstick skillet with a drop of olive oil over medium heat and put the bread on top. When one of the sides of the bread has been roasted, we turn it over, put on the toasted face and heat the slice of cheese so that it is undone by the residual heat, while the other side is still toasting. Keep in mind that, here it is designed to put a slice of cheese per sandwich so, you will not have to do this operation with all the breads. If not only with half of them. Although you can add 4 slices if you want and do it with all the breads.

2.- In the meantime, in another pan, we sauté with a drop of olive oil the peppered pepper and already cut into thin fillets of a size that fit in the sandwich bread.

3.- When the chicken and toasted bread are made, we put the chicken in the bread where we have put the cheese, so that the heat of the freshly made chicken continues to undo it. On top we place the lettuce. On the other slice, spread with Ali Oli sauce or mayonnaise and close the sandwich. We can serve it by splitting it in half from side to side or whole, as it is.
