If salads look like a light summer rate, think again. Salads with fried vegetables are ideal for cool weather. And in the autumn pumpkin and other squash not only for cakes.

What you need
1 pumpkin or other squash
1 tablespoon of olive oil
3 cups of blue, such as a baby’s condition, baby spinach and baby chicken
1/4 cup fried pumpkin seeds (optional)
For Maple Tahini Dressing:
1/4 cup of juice (sesame paste)
1/4 cup of water
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons of cottage cheese

How to do it
Preheat the oven up to 400 degrees.
Cut the pumpkin or another squash half. Sprinkle the seeds and rinse the meat with a spoonful of olive oil.
Place the pumpkin on a baking dish covered with baking parchment, boil for about 45 minutes or let the body be delicate. Cut it through the large sash and remove it from the bark.
